This is 12 oz. of our rendered pasture raised pork fat. Our pigs are raised without hormones or antibiotics, on pesticide free pastures with our chickens and cows.
Separation is normal, stir before using. Refrigerate after opening.
This lard is traditionally used for roasted veggies, fried chicken & baking crusts.
